The item is made in Eucalyptus wood which is burnt using the Shou Sugi Ban technique and then finished using a belgian oil. The oil acts as sealant providing protection against spills & stains.

Wood of choice - Can be made in White Ash, White Oak, Teak, Rosewood or Siris.
